in any of the optical stores/shops. In the Discovery Mall you will find at least 3 optometrists. They will look at your Aussie script if you have one but will still do a test anyway. You do not need to take your script with you. Prices will differ because of the frame you choose and of course the type of lense.
Some individuals work from their shops and will come to you complete with testing equipment, some act as middle men but still cheaper than Aus.
At the Carrefour on Sunset Road is a spec shop also, same thing they do the test before offering what you need. Also at Kuta Square there are at least 2 spec shops.
Remember certain lenses can only go in certain frames.
They can also put new lenses into your frames or vice versa if you choose the appropriate frame.
