free wifi

Hi there, me and the hubby are going over to bali end of march and were planning on taking the laptop. we're stayin at the febris and were wondering where is a good place we could access FREE WIFI to skype the kids back home in perth? please tell me even if i have to pay where a good place is thanks :-)
