Presuming so, I have had a couple of hairtrims and colours at Johnny Andrean, the one in Discovery Mall, they are all over Bali though. Also Manik salon in the Dynasty Hotel and the salon in Legian street...more upmarket and Aussie prices is recommended quite a bit. Celebes, now changed names in Legian Padma Utara way used to always get recomendations, sorry don't know new name.
