The notary that we are using is from Klung Klung this is the regional area that governs Nusa Lembongan and we have been advised that it is best to use a local one to the region that you are buying. Makes it easier to check on unpaid land taxes and true ownership etc. If you are buying in the Klung Klung district mine would be useful.
