yes hubby and I stayed in November. We booked to stay in superior room but only lasted one night. The room backed onto a laneway and all we heard was dogs barking and howling all night and roosters from about 4am onwards. So we asked to move to deluxe room and paid extra. Much quieter and lovely room, quite large with sitting area, large flatscreen TV, large bathroom. The rooms are nice but I think very overpriced. Location is good. I personally wouldn't stay there again but that's just my opinion, if you look on Tripadvisor you will see other reviews, some favourable some not. Just depends what you are after, but we just found it was not very good value.
