not sure of the name but I had a walk thru when last here in Nov and they are really nice apartments and brand spanking new. The rate was a bit more than KTH but the girl in reception told me if I was interested to email the manager and negotiate a suitable rate?? I will try and look thru my papers to find the name unless someone else here knows it, Cheers Carmel
