yes the ramanda rooms are nicer but your not staying in your room all day the bali garden pools are great they have 3 , one on the beach the main pool with pool bar and a adults garden pool the rooms are nice at the bali garden have stayed in both deluxe and standard and both where fine ( yes they are in need of a reno)and are beening done now, for the price which is half to the ramanda i would say bali garden wins , its in a great location and the staff are very friendly hope this helps
