Malawai Optic for many years now and have never had a problem. They eye test by machine, have a large stock of frames, can do graded, scratch resistant,etc and are well priced, many branches - see phone book or internet.
Forget "qualified Optometrist". It's a 5 year degree in Australasia so they really know what they are doing. In Indonesia trust the machine and the subsequent choices your friend will be given with different lenses. If she can't see with them.....don't buy.
