New Accommodation on Jalan Benasari

Anybody know the name and contact of a new hotel that is on Jalan Benesari about 100 metres up from the beach. It was being built in June and would like to book for May if it is open! Perhaps a kind person that is in Kuta could check it out for me and reply - I'll buy you a Bintang!
