You can use it but you will need an adaptor. Some hotels/villas provide one but I always take my own just incase they don't have one.
Just a warning, Bali is very humid so even if you use a straightner more that likely you're hair will revert to it's natural state fairly quickly. In saying that I still take mine to bali as at least I get a little while of my hair looking ok.
