I can never never understand how someone can be checked in and yet manage to be so late for a flight, how does that even happen, do they lose track of time or what???? Short of being unconscious I dont think I could miss boarding!
The other inner glo is right near mugshot, down towards the Nikksoma entrance, I believe the one in Kuta is more upmarket, but we go to the Legian one most days when we stay in Legian, its great value.
