Yes you turn right from the end of Kuta Square and then it's not too far past Yulia Beach Inn Hotel and its in a shopping area slightly set back from the street. Their phone number is (0361) 762891 and email info@innerglowbalispadotcom. I also think they may have another spa as well. No I certainly didn't let the jerks spoil my holiday but it does make you wonder about Jet* customer service to the rest of the passengers. Have a great holiday, cheers
