if you do not need them during your flight you could always pack them in an ice pack and put them in your luggage? If you do need them or are worried about your bags going missing you could ask the cabin crew if they could put them in their fridge but then you would need to remember to get them before leaving the plane. With your medication as long as there is no liquids more than 100mils in total you can take them on board.
