I have looked over the Kind Villa Bintang and if I had to stay there would only stay in the deluxe rooms. However after reading the reviews on on trip advisor on both these hotels changed my mind about staying at either. It all comes down to personal preference and what you have to compare it to and what you want/expect from the hotel.
