My husband is mobility impaired and has to use a wheelchair on arrival. One of the Balinese airport staff always assists us with VOA and immigration so that we're not waiting in line for hours as my husband would collapse if he had to do that! Suggest that you request a wheelchair for the 86yo and you'll be whizzed thru. We always give at Rp50000 tip to the airport staff member who helps us. These staff are fantastic!
