Depending where you are staying eg Sanur , Jimbaren etc . i'd approach the local fishermen and negotiate a price . I've been paying about 250- 300,000 for half a day for about 3-4 persons . You may have to throw a few more rup's in for some shrimp and a couple of small tuna for bait .Mostly everything you catch ,no matter how big or small it is they will keep.
