We have used Bali Stones several times to have items shipped back to Australia. Felicia is an Australian so the communication is good.We returned home this week and have arranged for Fellica to collect our purchases and have them packed and shipped to Brisbane. We also delivered some of the smaller items to Bali Stones. She also ships to Sydney and her agent is based in Sydney. Felicia will give you Cathy's details(Sydney agent).I am sure that you will be happy with the service provided by Bali Stones. They do have a website and all you hav eto do is google the name to view some of the products they have...however you can purchase other items and use them for your shippind. I hope this helps you.
