Depending on your budget, there are a number of spas very close. Just turn left out of the driveway, 5 minute walk south, and on oposite side of road. Reasonably priced. For a special treat, Ive had a few spas at the Puri Santrian, which again is about a 5-10 minute walk south. Along the driveway of the hotel is a great little laundrey. You can ask here for Wayan Ranue, he has been here for many years, is extremely well priced and a very nice guy.
probably one of the first things I would do is a beach walk, there is a huge stretch of walkway, and you'll come across many cafes and shops along the way.
I understand that you dont want any more advice on Sativa, but,I have been staying at Sativa on and off for many years. Love the staff, and the general ambience of this little hotel. However, it is ageing. The better rooms, I think, are the top rooms that face the beach. The room numbers 210, 211, 212,213 etc.Often people do complain about the downstairs rooms. If they have renovated, thats fantastic, but I hadnt heard. Whats great about it is the location, so close to everything.
