the hyatt sucks. we stayed there last year, and its big and out of the way, the bathrooms are old and small and the rooms very very average, and for that price you can get somewhere much better. My friend is quite high in Management with the hyatt hotels and we got an upgrade, the club etc, but still think it was very average!
