Yes talk to you insurance you must notify them on any previous injuries prior to flying. If you want stitches taken out I would not go to BMIC or SOS as it will cost you approx.Rp1,200,000 just to see a doctor there Plus medication, there is a local clinic on the by-pass next to Mac D they will probably charge Rp 150,000 - 200,000 to see them and remove if ok. don't worry about your cast maybe better to have a fibreglass on fitted before you go but buy some baby powder from Hardy's and sprinkle inside your cast to stop intches and help with sweating and smells.
you can buy Alcohol and betadine also here and good to keep the cuts clean and dry, hope you enjoy your stay and probably catch you at the nuts on a Sunday arvo.
