I roadtested (hic) Strategic in October flying BNE - Pt Hedland - Bali. No problems whatsoever and the full meal & drink service was a welcome change to even paying for water with some of the other budget operators.
Now they are doing direct BNE - Bali from March, Strategic will now give some real competition to Sir Dickie as Virgin has had a monopoly in recent times being the only direct flight from BNE - Bali since Garuda pulled out so many years ago.
Virgin are always offering specials from Sydney and other ports... but no real deals out of BNE for ages. Why would they with no competition I guess. So I hope Strategics entry makes it more competive and as a result...... lower prices to Bali.
