We loved our accommodation at Novotel, Nusa Dua but the area is a little to quiet for our liking. The reason for our stay was that my girlfriend is an Accor member and she gets 2 weeks accommodation a year as part of the deal but only the 2 nights were available at short notice. Our unit was not cleaned at all as part of the deal but all cleaning products, broom, mop, dish cloths etc were available. I guess staying any longer would have been abit annoying having to clean up after ourselves as we go to Bali to be pampered and relaxation. The traffic is very quiet all over Nusa Dua and a great area to get a bit of practice on a motor bike/scooter. Hoping this helps.
