holiday & be kind to yourself! I said "lucky", because we have a dear friend that was in the same situation as you earlier this year, but the Doctor said No, she couldn't go to Bali. She had to wave 10 of us on what was a long awaited trip for all of us ,& we had a wonderful time I might add, but I still felt a guilty at leaving her behind.
You make sure you pamper yourself with lots of what ever the hell you feel like! Stay up all night, sleep all day, watch the sunrise or watch the sun set, have a cocktail, read a book, take a walk, what ever you feel like. Remember, you deserve it!!!!
