Hi, just came back from Bali and went and had some repairs done to 2 bracelets & 1 necklace...they all needed clasps & as the items were 18ct I wanted 18ct clasps...we discussed this & I mentioned a few times that I want 18ct clasps...the work was done(A$50...cheap...was quoted $80 back home just for the 2 bracelets)however, I didn't check the numbers on the clasps until I got back home & they are all 9ct...still worth it, but would have "discussed" again with her if I was still there....moral of the story is check and double check everything...Antonietta
