Not only do they have the capsules and seats but also a very clever fixing system along with properly fitted bolts.
Some people tyr to say that you can use a seatbelt in the normal way using a European system, but be careful.
In Europe they use the ISOFIX system (Google it) and this requires the fixing points to be positioned differently to comply (The USA use a different system again, and Australia use different also.
Unless the car you get in Bali is a late model Volvo, I doubt that you will have any fixing points that properly match the Isofix requirement.
The other critical thing is to use transport that employs safe drivers, and hopefully the seats and capsules will not be employed in the "crash" sense.
I have never seen any negative reports of driver behaviour in BBC cars and have found them to be very careful indeed especially with babies on board.
Pull down sunshades on windows are a blessing too.
