......you would hope that they would know but I have learnt the hard way that is not always the case, i.e a doctor almost killed me because she didn't bother to check information I had given to her, it was in a well known public hospital and I was so lucky that a doctor in the next cubicle overheard and intervened, also knew a girl who arrived in Vietnam with no visa after a travel agent told her she could get one on arrival which is not the case in Vietnam (different to Bali's VOA)so she was promptly sent back. So I don't trust anything without checking all avenues first as at the end of the day these people are still only human and can and do make mistakes! Better to be safe than sorry!
