You might be thinking of Tirta Gangga water palace, and if you are, it's my favourite place in Bali. The pools are fed from mountain streams and are crystal clear and gorgeous to swim in.
There are beautiful rice paddies in this area for you to see.
You could combine this trip with one to see the Bali Aga village at Tenganan which is near Candi Dasa.
