I flew this airline on 21.11.10 and back 05.12.10 and found they reliable...a couple of weeks earlier I had read that they cancelled a couple of flights so I rang them and they explained that the planes had to have planned maintainance and that the volcano problem had made the 2 planes ex Perth fall at the same time...the passengers were all tranferred to other airlines...our plane leaving Perth departed on time....the plane coming back was delayed 30 minutes due to waiting for a family to get to the plane...hope this helps
