The main street along the beach on Gili T is like narrow cobble stones and you have to dodge the Cidmos all the time. the other side streets are dirt roads.

Most of the boats come in and leave on the beach with some wading needed. There is a jetty but not sure which boat company uses it?

saying this we did have a young guy from the UK in a wheel chair with his new wife who came snorkeling on the same boat as us,he had been to the Gilis a few times before he was in a wheel chair,he was pretty adventurous and didnt mind getting plenty of help from me and another guy all day as it was very hard for him to get in and out of the boat (strong swimmer though.)

The main Jetty on Gili T is opposite Wrappa Snappa which is a fish&chip shop/cafe that has accomodation behind it so you may find its ok to get the boat to the jetty and not have to go too far for accommodation

I am sure plenty of people have been to the Gilis in a wheel chair but in my opinion it would be a bit of a hassle depending on how much help she is willing to accept from others around her at the time.

Senggigi on Lombok may be a good option as the roads are better and you can hire a boat to take you around the Gili Islands with stop offs.
