If you do a bit of research or have any direct experience in the issue, you will find that in fact what Madu has posted is correct. It is recommended that as part of mosquito control in areas affected by disease carrying mosquitos that you spray inside your home, using a surface spray.
Calling someone an idiot and then making a remark like yours, well it says it all really. Mozzies bite humans, they do not prefer to rest on humans. They rest in dark places, behind furniture, under chairs etc.
