This may have happenend to someone else who has eaten there too but may not have resulted in the same emergency medical treament.
The restaurant also needs to be told too if the Chilli Crab is the culpret. It may be the sauce they use and not the crab...you never know. I would let them know regardless. You would if you were in Aust. Bali should be no different when it comes to this sort of thing.
