I did that and stood up first lesson. Only had half an hour as I was too tired. It's hard work jumping up on that board a hundred times (well it felt like it). Second lesson I rode a wave in. I was 50 and wanted to try it but didn't want to spend a fortune in case I was hopeless. haha.
