particularly in Bali, would have to be the most impatient, arrogant, foolish risk takers that I have seen anywhere in the world. If they want to go "there" or enter a road they do it. Toot or flash their lights & go. Stuff everybody else. I too see many fatalities on the roads. They think that the only reason that they wear helmets is to keep the police happy. The funny thing is that if they wear traditional head dress they don't have to wear a helmet. Unbelievable.
