What do you count as South? The latest rabies cases have been near Ubud. Two school kids from a village near Ubud have died after being bitten by a rabid dog, bringing the toll to over 100 deaths. Maybe more worrying is a suspected case that comes from a rat bite. I wonder if the animal activists will now go on a campaign to save the Balinese rat! :)
