I went on there "on-line chat" the other night to see how to do a name change. The man on-line was great he explained what to do and then he did the name change for me. I stuffed up on one pax's name and added a "H" to the end so it was not a total name change just a correction, may-be thats why he did it for me.
Just go on the on-line chat and give it a go, what do you have to loose, 45 mins...............
