sending an email to info@asianaccommodationandtours.com - they helped me find accommodation over the NY period and might be able to help you too. We're at Su's Prince Hotel & Cottages (now called Home Legian Hotel) and the 2brm bungalows are $100 per night incl brekky. You might need to increase your budget though, as NYE is expensive!
