Not what I was trying to say, there is crime here and definitely corruption that's what happens within a 3rd world country, but does not excuse expats and other for doing a criminal act or against imigration regulations, in this case the man carried out a crimnal act and possibly did not have the correct working permit, does that make it right for him? but we shouldn't put fear on our incoming tourists as Bali is generally a nice inocent place, actions by the few should not deem Bali as that bad. In Australia we have many gangs and corruption in Police force, government and other places, Should we talk about them on the forum as well?
