A fair bit of info in the archives. I use Johnny Andrean at Discovery Mall. Get there as soon as they open at 10am & don't go on a Sunday - very busy. Cut & colour is around $25. Do manicures, pedicures, shoulder & foot massages, too. I also buy their own brand hair care products for less than $2 each.
Duty free alcohol is carry-on (as you pick it up in the departure lounge). Otherwise you have to pack it in your check-in bag. When you get to Bali it will show up on the XRay so you may have to rummage through your bag to show it.
