Im currently in Bali so understand a terse reply.

Citrus is in Chow Kit area-5-10 minits by public transport to BB area/twin towers/chinatown.

I booked this for my friends for AU$56/night next March cums with breckie-buffet.
I got it last April for AU$46/nite
The cheapest with pool and the best.

Generally now cheaper to book via a third party than on their own site.
Beware of Hotel Grand Central in that all sites say with pool-but does not have 1.
I havent checked your other replies as short of time but:
Allow 1 hour by bus to KL Sentral then taxi to hotel.
Do not use the touts at KL Sentral when alighting from the bus-go into terminal and follow the taxi signs up top-tell the driver to use the meter-until you find 1 who will.
To Citrus maybe RM 12-15 (AU$4-5)
better for you 2 taxis than monorail (walking involved)
