is on the beach (but the location is a lot quieter than the Inna Kuta) also the santika & ramada bingtang - I think they are all about a 4*
Just a thought for the Inna - have you tried direct with the hotel and all the online booking websites (sometimes they say they are fully booked but it maybe just that particular wholesaler has sold their allocation and other wholesalers may still have some availability)
