If you ask for them to come to your hotel, you can ask management to put a notice up on the notice board with time and date so that hotel staff and other guests have the opportunity to donate. It's what we did and although the only other donor was the hotel manager ( i treasure the pic i have of him looking scared but brave while having his blood taken) i know that he would have put the word out to Balinese people that it's an ok thing to do.
