you go to Bali. Then do the 4 open water dives to complete the course when you get there. The course is 4 days long. The open water dives take 2 days. You will most propbabaly be taken to Nusa Lembongan or Nusa Penida, or maybe Tulamben for the dives. Bali Dive academy is good. Any Padi 5 Star is good.
