Hi I have just come back from bali on the 21st October 2010. I had 3 tattoos done while I was there. I got them done at a tattooist in the Centro shopping centre (Discovery Mall). The man is fantastic at free draw and great at what he does. It is an australian run tattoo shop and is rp 700,000 per hour. Its about $90.00 aust an hour. Both the uncle and the cousin are great artists and they are also good at cover ups as I had one done. It took 3.5 hours to do the 3 tattoos and they are quite involved and one is a wolf, mountains, idian piece.
The total cost was rp 2,500,000. which was about $300.00 aust. I was quoted for my indian piece in Perth $1000.00 so is very good value.
