we always use covermore had a huge claim in May when My husband had to be airlifted back to Perth he also spent 5 nights in the BIMC I think The cost all up was way over 50 thousand dollars only cost us 100 dollars the hospitalmade theclaim from the insurance compay We were very impressed with the service we got from the insurane compaey They insisted that they rang us if we needed to contact them We would call them and they would tell us to hang up and they would call us back We are going to Bali again in January and no problems taking out insurance with them again
