It is much easier to do it through a wedding planner as they know the ropes. You can choose one to suit your budget. Google Bali Weddings and then email the companieswhich come up with your wishlist and see what prices come back.Don't pick the very cheapest as you get what you pay for and ask them to provide you with references.
There are many postings in the archives that will give you an idea.
