We arrived a couple of weeks ago and it took us 5 minutes from the plane to pay for our visas. the longest part of the wait was for our bags and then after we got our bags it took us maybe 10 minutes to exit the terminal.
we say people using the VIP service and they still had to wait for bags so a waste of money I think..
