Sim card. Get a cab from Novotel to Hardy's Supermarket on the by pass ( 5 to 10 minutes ) get Hardy's courtesy bus back. Immediately on the left inside the main entrance is a youing lady at a counter with mobile phones etc. Hand her your mobile and she will do the rest.
Massages along Jl Pratama from 50,000 up to 75,000. If you want an excellent inexpensive spa treat there is a ripper over the road from Novotel to the left just down the lane at the side of Casablanca restaurant.
All the restaurants outside the hotel are good value. Never had a problem with any.
Airport to Novotel about 30 minutes and about 100,000.
Novotel is wonderful, plenty of cultural shows on the stage every evening. If you want to do a walking tour of the village ask for a man at the hotel name of Wabawa.
