You are not really sure of location or how far apart but it's fine
They are managed by a group that you have not heard of.
You book the villas, pay the upfront and so on anyway.
then..
No actual checking on exact location (or how far apart)of both prior to booking.
No asking friend's cousin who recommended them for more details of location or info.
No checking/research done on the villa until after booking & upfront paid.
No asking owner for exact location so you can find it yourself after declining owners transport offer.
No asking about key on arrival/how to get in seeing you are not sure what time you will arrive as you will now find it yourself
No calling the owner or Zie prior to arriving or vacating to ask where to deposit key or what arrangement is
Should they reimburse half your bike rental?...don't see why.
Then.. Zie sends an email requesting USD$85 for lost property
Why not sent by owner?
Did you have a written agreement with owner covering damages, lost property etc...or not
Up to you to weigh it up & decide whether you will pay (or not) & how much.
