Have only stayed here, the rooms and pool are lovely, and from all rooms I have stayed in, fantastic views over the water. Remember waking early one morning, sitting up and seeing hundreds of fishing boats heading out, with faint views of Lombok in the distance. Sorry, do not know proximity to Lipah beach
