by the bottle in some of the more up-market restaurants but you have to hunt for it. Less commonly, it is sold by the glass. It costs about the same as you'd pay in a restaurant at home (expensive in comparison to the cost of food in Bali), if not a little more. The sav blanc from Chile is nice, which I've had at quite a few places by the glass. The local Hatten's Aga dry white is surprisingly tolerable - light & fruity, similar to a sav blanc. It is also half the price of imported sav blanc & readily available, so worth trying.
